The 1000A Horizontal Ionizing Fan generates a large volume of positive and negative ionized airflow to neutralize static electricity on objects.
If an object's surface has a negative charge, it attracts positive ions from the airflow.
If an object's surface has a positive charge, it attracts negative ions, effectively eliminating static electricity.
This prevents static-related issues such as dust attraction, plastic adhesion, and small component repulsion in manufacturing.
The fan features an axial flow fan to distribute airflow, with an adjustable speed control for a wide range of applications.
The ionization device operates under high voltage and low current, creating a stable high-voltage field to ionize air and generate ionized particles. A built-in ion emitter cleaner removes dust from ionization needles to maintain optimal performance.
