How to make clothes not static?
1. Use ESD Fabric Softener or ESD Dryer Sheets
ESD fabric softener in the wash or dryer sheets help coat fibers to prevent static.
Great for synthetic ESD fabrics like polyester, nylon, or spandex.
2. Add Moisture
Static builds up in dry environments. You can:
Add a damp washcloth to the dryer for the last 10 minutes.
Lightly spray clothes with water or an anti-static spray before wearing.
3. Use Anti-Static Spray
You can buy commercial anti-static sprays or make your own:
DIY recipe: Mix 1 tbsp of fabric softener with 1 cup of water in a spray bottle.
Lightly mist clothes (don’t soak).
4. Air Dry When Possible?
Air drying reduces static because tumbling in the dryer creates friction, which builds static.
If you must use a dryer, reduce drying time and remove clothes while slightly damp.
5. Avoid Overdrying- NO NEED,ESD fabric can overdrying,it have carbon fiber to eliminate static
6. Use Wool Dryer Balls
Natural wool dryer balls reduce friction and help disperse static electricity in the dryer.
You can even spritz them with water or essential oils for added benefits.
7. Separate Fabrics
Synthetics (like fleece or polyester) are more prone to static.
Try drying them separately from natural fibers like cotton.
END
Use ESD fabric, you can make a clothes no static very easy, like using the common fabric, when you finished the clothes, they are no static; if you use the carbon thread, you can test the clothes,it is impossible have static, because all static be discharged.
